PGA Tour Player Rankings 2026

Strokes Gained (SG) measures how many strokes a player gains or loses versus the field average per round. Our rankings aggregate SG across five categories — Total, Off the Tee, Approach, Around the Green, and Putting — over configurable rolling windows (8, 16, 24, 50, or 100 rounds). Currently, Scottie Scheffler leads overall with an SG Total of +2.63.

SG Ball Striking combines SG Off the Tee (OTT) and SG Approach (APP) into a single metric. It measures a player's tee-to-green efficiency — how well they drive for distance and accuracy, and how close they hit approach shots to the hole. Scottie Scheffler currently leads in Ball Striking with a combined +1.76.

Field-Strength Adjusted SG accounts for the quality of competition in each tournament using Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) data. Strong performances against top-ranked fields are boosted, while results against weaker fields are penalized. This provides a fairer comparison across players who compete in different events.

Based on SG Putting over the last 100 rounds, Taylor Montgomery leads the PGA Tour with +0.82 strokes gained putting per round. SG Putting isolates performance on the greens by comparing a player's putting to the field average from the same distances.

Shorter windows (Last 8, Last 16) highlight recent hot streaks and current form — ideal for weekly betting or DFS. Longer windows (Last 50, Last 100) smooth out variance and reveal sustained skill over a full season or more. Last 24 is the default balance between recency and sample size. Each window requires at least half its value in qualifying rounds.

Rankings are recalculated from official PGA Tour round-level data every 5 minutes. During live tournaments, new rounds are incorporated as they are completed, so you can track form changes in near real-time.
