Guernsey won by 40 runs against Isle of Man at King George V Sports Ground in Castel. It was the 62nd match of 97 in the T20 Internationals 2026 season – and a third consecutive win for Guernsey against their Channel Islands rivals, completing a clean sweep of this two-day series.

First Innings – Guernsey: 198/6 (20 overs)

Isle of Man won the toss and elected to bowl. It did not pay off. Lucas Barker fell first ball for a duck at 0/1 in over 0.2, and Tom Nightingale went cheaply too at 0/2 in over 0.4. Guernsey were two down for nothing inside an over.

Second Innings – Isle of Man: 158/4 (20 overs)

Isle of Man needed 199 and never really threatened it. Adam McAuley fell early caught for 15 at 23/1 in over 3.2. Carl Hartmann was patient but too slow, making 35 off 39 before being caught at 74/2 in over 12.1. Dollin Jansen batted beautifully for the losing side – 71 off 46 including 6 fours and 3 sixes – before being caught at 151/3 in over 19.2. But Isle of Man were always behind the required rate. They finished on 158/4 – 40 runs short.

For Guernsey, Adam Martel was the standout bowler with 2/20 from 4 overs at a superb economy of 5.00. Luke Bichard and Ed Robinson each took one wicket.
