1. Introduction

Welcome to Statz.ai ("Website"), operated by CricLabs Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to create an account and subscribe to our premium services.
• Account Limitations: Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

Statz.ai offers two subscription tiers:

1. Free Access – Limited access to selected data.

2. Premium Access – Full access to all data and features through a paid subscription:

   • Monthly Plan: £14.99 per month
   • Annual Plan: £119.88 per year (£9.99 per month equivalent, paid annually)

   3.2 Free Trial & Cancellations

   Monthly Subscription

• New users who subscribe to the monthly plan can receive their first month free by entering the relevant coupon code at the time of payment.

• This coupon code is only redeemable once per user.

• Monthly subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time during this free month to avoid being charged.

• Once the free month expires, the first payment will be automatically charged at the standard monthly rate.

• Subscribers can cancel at any time, and their subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. They will not be charged for the next month after cancellation.

  Annual Subscription

• Annual subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, and their access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. They will not be charged for the next year after cancellation.

• Refunds on annual subscriptions are governed by section 3.3.

3.3 Billing & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• A Statz Premium subscription is digital access. It is delivered immediately on payment and remains available for the whole of the period purchased.
• We will refund you in full where we fail to deliver that access — for example, where an account is not upgraded after a successful payment, or where a Premium feature you subscribed for is unavailable or not working and we are unable to resolve it. Contact [email protected] and we will either put it right or refund you.
• We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the subscription has been accessed and used. What is purchased is the right to use the tools for the period paid for, and that access is delivered in full at the point of payment.
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future payments and does not produce a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the billing cycle already paid for.
• If payment fails, access to Premium features may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.
• Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Data Usage & Restrictions

4.1 Data Sources & Ownership

• The cricket data displayed on Statz.ai is sourced from a third-party API provider.
• While the data is provided by a third party, CricLabs Ltd. retains intellectual property rights over the website design, tools, and presentation of the data.

4.2 User Restrictions

• No Data Exporting: Users are not permitted to export, scrape, or redistribute data from Statz.ai.
• No API Access: Users do not have direct access to the underlying API.
• No User-Generated Content: Users cannot upload or submit their own content to the site.

5. Data Accuracy & Liability

• The accuracy of the data is guaranteed by our data provider.
• CricLabs Ltd. is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data.
• CricLabs Ltd. will not be responsible for any financial, betting, or personal decisions made based on the data provided on Statz.ai.

6. Privacy & Security

• Personal Data: We collect and store user email addresses for account creation and communication.
• Payments: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we do not store or manage payment information.
• Data Protection: We comply with UK data protection laws and ensure that user data is handled securely.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape or extract data from Statz.ai.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Website.
• Share login credentials with multiple users.
• Violate UK laws while using our services.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Statz.ai after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
