FanTeam Premier League projections from the Statz projections engine. Every Premier League player gets a projected FanTeam points total for the gameweek, scored with FanTeam's own rules, and once FanTeam opens the gameweek's contests, FanTeam's own price from those contests, read daily. Each row shows points, price and value (projected points per million). Sort by points for your captain, who scores double in FanTeam's Weekly Special, then by value to fill the rest of the team inside the contest's budget. Projections assume the player starts and refresh as team news breaks.
Statz projects each Premier League player's stat line for the gameweek - goals, assists, shots on target, saves, clean-sheet and goals-conceded probabilities and the result - and scores it with FanTeam's football rules, giving a projected FanTeam points total per player.
From FanTeam's own Premier League contests, read from its lobby once a day. A player's price is the same in every contest of a gameweek, and a gameweek's prices appear once FanTeam opens its contests, usually a few days before the first kickoff. Pick 6, which has no budget, does not set prices.
Goals score 8 for a goalkeeper, 6 for a defender, 5 for a midfielder and 4 for a forward, and assists 3. A shot on target that is not a goal adds 1 for a goalkeeper, 0.6 for a defender and 0.4 otherwise. A clean sheet (60+ minutes) is 4 for goalkeepers and defenders and 1 for midfielders; goalkeepers and defenders lose 1 per two goals conceded. Playing earns 1, 60 minutes another 1 and a full match 1 more for midfielders and forwards.
In FanTeam's Weekly Special the captain scores double and the vice-captain takes over if the captain doesn't play; in single-match contests the captain scores 1.5 times. The top of the points column is the model's captain pick.
FanTeam's Safety Net swaps a non-starter for the most expensive player from the same club and position who costs the same or less. There is no late swap after lock, so check the lineup badges before the first kickoff; the projections assume the player starts.
Points refresh as the model re-runs through the week and line-ups land as they are published. FanTeam prices are read once a day, every morning.
